PASSION FLOWER DESSERT RESTAURANT- REVIEW ON THE DESSERT "GOLD DIGGER"
Passionflower is an ice cream dessert place in the city, which is unique, compared to the other dessert places I have been to. Their main focus is on ice cream, ice and fresh fruits. The place has western style desserts and well as asian style desserts to address all types of customers. The dessert I particularly like was a dessert called "GOLD DIGGER" .In a tall parfait glass, was shaved ice, mandarins, peaches and mango, topped with passion fruit ice cream. Hidden underneath the ice were lychee jellies. A small cup of mango syrup accompanied this dessert. The syrup allows you to control the amount of sweetness you want for the ice. The different soft shades of orange as well as the white ice and see through jelly are well proportioned and makes the dessert even more appealing. There is a balance of creaminess from the ice cream, the sharp coldness from the ice, the freshness of fruits and the soft jelly all work well together and are not overpowering one another. This may cost $15 to eat, but I actually enjoyed it and willing to come again for it. I give "GOLD DIGGER" a rating of 9 out of 10. It is very delicious and it is perfect to have during a hot day.
